I researched my next board and the Protosynthesis looked like a perfect fit. I immediately loved the board from the first run. It is nimble, lightweight and very responsive. It performed great on the hardpack, loose granular, moguls, and trees. I ride all mountain style, and it was very stable at higher speeds as well as slower turns in the mixed conditions. I love snowboarding, and the Protosynthesis makes it even more fun. I couldn’t be happier with this board! Thanks Never Summer for doing it Right!

Just got this board for Christmas. Originally had a salmon rumble fish and it did everything! Today I rode this board and omg! Words can’t describe how fantastic this board is! It loves going fast down the mountain without worrying of catching an edge. I love riding park so soon I’ll try it out! I give this board a 10/10. Definitely recommend!

’10/10′ Thx Melanie!

This board is incredible. As a person who actively rides switch, this board felt like an extension of myself from the moment I strapped in. You wont feel out of control, and every move is precise. The Proto wants to POP and charge. The camber profile on this board upped my game tremendously (coming from a reverse camber true twin rocker), and the edge hold makes everything you want to do feel stable (which is much needed for a NY based rider here on the Ice Coast) – Rolls Royce of Twin Rockers! Cant wait to get into the park with this thing!
Chris Harris –
You’re incredible Gabby!

The Protosynthesis is my new favorite Never Summer board! I’m an instructor and trainer at Beaver Creek and am so stoked to be able to ride this board! The change to bigger camber zones under foot, and less rocker between the feet allows me to get more performance and energy out of the board everywhere on the mountain from carving to jumps to bumps to pipe to steeps to park. The non-asymmetrical sidecut lets the board’s movement and performance feel more consistent from edge to edge. The twin shape allows for consistency both switch and in my natural direction. The board is easy to flex and very stable at high speeds. The Protosynthesis is such a fun board – I’m looking forward to playing on it more this winter!

Thx Lynn! Great review. Obviously you know of where you speak. Thanks for teaching our future shredders!
